Ideas I’m Thinking About

You’re Not Actually Multitasking

Contrary to popular belief, the average office worker does not actually engage in multitasking. Uninterrupted time is becoming increasingly rare, with many office workers not experiencing a full hour of uninterrupted work on a typical day.

Bezos' Razors

Bezos' Razors is a concept that suggests that when you are faced with a decision and are unsure about which action to take, you should try to imagine yourself as your 80-year-old self. This exercise can help you consider the long-term consequences of your actions and make choices that align with your values and goals. By letting this older, wiser version of yourself make the decision, you can avoid being swayed by short-term impulses and make choices that are more likely to lead to long-term satisfaction and success.
